The Hon'ble Sri Justice V.Ramasubramanian Civil Revision Petition No.5106 of 2016 Date: 09.12.2016 Order:

The limited prayer, with which the petitioners have come up with the present Civil Revision Petition, is to direct the lower appellate Court to dispose of the regular First Appeal arising out of the dismissal of a suit for partition. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. The suit for partition was of the year 1999. It was dismissed after 16 years i.e., on 21-02-2015. This is the reason why the petitioners want an early disposal of the First Appeal. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the lower appellate Court to take up the Appeal expeditiously and attempt to dispose it off, after sufficient opportunities to both parties, within a period of three months. As a sequel to disposal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.6617 of 2016, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
