THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 4867 of 2020 O R D E R:

The limited grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is the inaction of the respondents in considering his application, dated 17.06.2017, for grant of building permission in respect of property bearing No.20-4-529/18/A and A/1 of Khilwat, Hyderabad. Today, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 placed on record the shortfall letter dated 14.07.2017 issued by respondent No.2, wherein the proposals are refused and the plans are returned un-approved pointing out some defects. A copy of the shortfall letter is made available to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In those circumstances, within four weeks after the petitioner's fulfilling the shortfalls mentioned in the aforesaid shortfall letter, the respondents shall consider his application for grant of building permission and pass necessary orders in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dt:11.03.2020 kdl
