Petitioner And The State of Andhra Pradesh, rep., by its Principal Secretary, Tribal Welfare Department, Secretariat Buildings, Velagapudi Village, Amaravathi and others .. Respondents The Court made the following:

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.15821 OF 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner was initially appointed as Cook on temporary basis and by the orders of the competent authority, dated 06.08.2015, his services were regularised prospectively. Petitioner seeks regularisation retrospectively and ventilating his grievance, he submitted representation, dated 07.11.2016, to the Deputy Director, ITDA, Paderu, Visakhapatnam, the 4th respondent. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this Writ Petition is filed.

2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has already submitted representation seeking regularization retrospectively, if a direction is issued to dispose of the said representation within a fixed time frame, it would suffice the interest of the petitioner.

3.

Having regard to the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to examine the claim of the petitioner as projected in his representation, dated 07.11.2016, and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law by assigning due reasons in support of the decision, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
