Learned counsel for the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 5 would submit that the matter has been compromised before the Lok Adalat and an award was also passed on 15.12.2014.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also represent the same.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
