Sri B.Sarvotham Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, filed a letter dated 02.11.2016 in the Registry, seeking permission of this court to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail alternative remedies available to the petitioner. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to avail alternative remedies available to the petitioner.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
