In this writ petition, grievance of the petitioner is that though he submitted application dated 27.07.2019 to respondent No.2Mahabubabad Municipality for grant of permission for construction of building, no action has been taken thereon. Today, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the application of the petitioner would be processed and considered in accordance with law.

In the light of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to consider the application of the petitioner and pass necessary orders within a period of six weeks from today.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand disposed of. No costs.
