HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO Criminal Revision Case No.157 of 2014 ORDER:

The present criminal revision case is filed assailing the order dated 19.11.2013 passed in Crl.M.P.No.149 of 2013 in FCOP (MC) No.11 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Judge, Family Courtcum-XII Additional District Judge, Guntur, awarding a sum of Rs.5,000/ - towards interim maintenance to the first respondent and Rs.3,000/ - to the second respondent.

However, the daily status report from the Judge, Family Court, Guntur indicates that F.C.O.P.No. 11 of 2013 itself was allowed in part on 30.09.2014. The said report is made part of the record. In the light of the said report, no further cause would survive in the present criminal revision case.

Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal revision case shall stand dismissed..
