Having regard to the subsequent developments in the matter viz., a notice is issued under Section 7 of the Andhra Pradesh Land Encroachment Act, 1905, while reserving the right to put forward all the objections in the writ petition filed questioning the said notice, learned counsel does not press the writ prayer. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed as indicated above. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, stand closed.
