Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to pursue his remedies in accordance with law, if necessary by submitting a representation to the respondents.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents. It is needless to say that the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
