The petitioners challenge Notice Rc.No.A.127/ 2013 dated .05.2013.

2. A few developments have taken place during the pendency of the writ petition, namely, that the 2nd respondent has slightly changed or deviated from the original alignment and has completed the erection of high power lines. On the letter addressed by the 2nd respondent, Vijayawada Urban Development Authority (VUDA) has cancelled the building permission granted in favour of the petitioners. The petitioners filed WP No.10922 of 2014 challenging the order of the VUDA, now Vijayawada, Guntur, Tenali, Mangalagiri Urban Development Authority (VGTMUDA). In view of completion of line by 2nd respondent, challenge to notice has to be considered, having regard to the subsequent developments in this behalf. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to raise not only legal grounds available against the cancellation order, but also bring to the notice of this court the subsequent developments and workout the prayer. The statement is placed on record.

3. By leaving it open to the petitioners to raise all their contentions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence. ____________ S.V. BHATT, J Date: 22.06.2017 BSS
