O R D E R

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.18.11.2018 in W.P.No.40239 of 2018. This Court disposed of the said Writ Petition directing the respondent to decide the Appeal preferred by the petitioner to the respondent against the order dt.29.08.2018 passed by the Commissioner, Printing, Stationery and Store Purchase Department, Chanchalguda, Hyderabad. 2.

The respondent has appeared before this Court and filed a counter affidavit stating that the order was complied with on 04.07.2019 and had mentioned that the delay in disposal occurred because verification of the issues raised by the petitioner had to be done, and also because of other administrative reasons. He has also tendered unconditional apology to this Court for the delay in implementing the order of this Court.

Therefore, accepting the unconditional apology of the respondent, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
