HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO Civil Revision Petition Nos.6339, 6340 and 6341 of 2009 & COMMON ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

2. As these civil revision petitions are pending since long time, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in CRP No.2254 of 2010 submits that he will not pursue the civil revision petitions in respect of the amendments which have been allowed by the trial court. He further submits that the respondents in CRP No.2254 of 2010 are not inclined to contest the said revision petition.

3. Under these circumstances, without going into the merits of the respective contentions in the civil revision petitions, they are disposed of giving liberty to the parties to raise all contentions in the RCC as well as in the suit, which the trial court would decide on merits. The trial court is directed to dispose of the respective matters, within a period of three months from today.

4. All the above three civil revision petitions are accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in these revision petitions, shall stand closed.
