When the matter is taken up, on written instructions, dated 08.02.2018, furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, VM Banjar Police Station, Penuballi, Khammam District, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 that on the complaint made by the petitioner herein, Crime No.20 of 2018 has been registered on the file of VM Banjar Police Station under Sections 427, 447 and 506 read with 34 I.P.C. on 08.02.2018 and investigation is taken up. 2.

In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
