It arises out of the order, dated.23-07-2015, passed in I.A.No.217 of in F.C.O.P.No.161 OF 2013 on the file of the court of Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad.

When the matter is called, Sri V.Hari Haran, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner appears and states that against the order of dismissal of F.C.O.P.No.161 of 2013, the respondent-husband filed FCA No.4 of 2017. Therefore, he argues that his client's right to claim maintenance still survives. However, this court is of the opinion that the present revision petition is filed against the interlocutory order, dated.23-072015, in I.A.No.217 of 2015 in F.C.O.P.No.161 OF 2013 of 2009 on the file of the court of Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad and the said F.C.O.P itself is disposed of on 25-10-2016, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication. Therefore, while granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue her remedies according to law, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
