Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the civil revision petition. Recording the above submission, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn as six months time is lapsing by 25.03.2019, so that the petitioners in the concerned divorce application can ask the trial Court to fix the date either on 25th or 26.03.2019 to pass necessary orders as contemplated by Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. There shall be no order as to costs.
