ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in seeking to allot Shift Operators to work in 33/11 KV Electrical Sub-station at Pallamalli, Maddipadu Mandal, Prakasam District, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr. T.Khasim Basha, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that as the period of contract has expired, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition,

WPMP.No.27577 of 2011 and WVMP.No.1355 of 2012 are disposed of as infructuous.
