Heard.

It is seen that previous bail application of this petitioner in Cr.No.16475 of 2016 was dismissed on 6-12-2016 having found no merits.

There are no changed circumstances thereafter as can be noticed.

It is stated that in Sessions Case No.24 of 2017 on the file of VIII Additional Sessions Court-cum-Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (P.O.A) Court, Eluru, trial has begun. In these circumstances, I find no merits to grant bail to the petitioner.

Bail application is dismissed accordingly.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
