This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of Respondents 2 to 6 in trying to acquire the petitioners' plot Nos. 49, 79, 100 and 101, admeasuring 200 square yards each in Survey Nos. 185 and 186 Part situated at Kollur Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) has secured written instructions from then Tahsildar, Ramachandrapuram, based on which, it has been stated that the plots in Survey Nos. 185 and 186 of Kollur Village of Ramachandrapuram Mandal have not yet been acquired for providing double bed room house and that as of now, there is no proposal for such acquisition, hence, the question of payment of compensation to the petitioners does not arise. In view of the said written instructions, since no cause of action arises, at this point of time, the Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Court, if situation warrants. The written instructions are taken on record. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand closed.
