The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 18.08.2015, passed in I.A.No.148 of 2015 in O.S.No.381 of 2012 on the file of learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main suit itself was decreed with costs on 20.12.2016.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
