THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.1354 OF 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to declare the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in not taking any action against the illegal construction carrying on in premises No.3-4376/ 5/ 1/ A, 3-4-376/ 5/ A & B, 3-4-376/ 5/ 2, Lingampally, Basanth Colony, Narayanaguda, Hyderabad, inspite of the complaints, dated 06.01.2012 and 11.01.2012, of the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard and perused the material available on record. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he made complaints on 06.01.2012 and 11.01.2012 to the 1st respondent, with regard to the illegal constructions being made by the respondents 4 to 6 in the abovementioned premises, the respondents 1 to 3 have not taken any action on the said complaints.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the respondents 1 to 3 will consider the representation preferred by the petitioner in connection with the illegal constructions of the respondents 4 to 6.

Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J January 23, 2017 KTL
