THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO.24401 OF 2005 ORDER:

The petitioner, The Urban Huts and Slum Dwellers Development Association, filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the claims of its members for the grant of house site pattas in the outside layout area admeasuring about Ac.12-00 guntas in Sy.No.58 of Fathullaguda Village, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and also for a consequential direction to the respondents not to evict them from the said lands. 2.

Heard.

3.

The petitioner being an association cannot represent all members seeking respective reliefs. The grievance of the individual members cannot be redressed at the behest of the association. If any member is interested for obtaining patta from the Government, he/she shall file an individual application providing personal details to the concerned authority as per the rules in vogue. In the instant case, the details of the individuals and their occupancy over the extent of land are not provided. The affidavit is very vague in the above aspects and there is no specific contention made by the petitioner against the respondents with regard to their interference. The petitioner earlier filed W.P.No.22394 of 2005 and the same was dismissed on 09.12.2005.

4.

For the lack of sufficient material in support of the claim of the petitioner, at this juncture, no relief can be granted and hence,

the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach appropriate authority with necessary documents for redressal of its grievance. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ T.AMARNATH GOUD, J Date: 08-12-2017 TJMR
