This Civil Revision Petition arises out of Order, dated 02-01-2017, in IA.No.1542 of 2016 in OS.No.289 of 2008 on the file of the VI Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam. At the hearing, Mr.Janardhana Reddy Ponaka, learned Counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is accepted and the Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.346 of 2017 filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
