This writ petition is filed by the petitioner Association declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in not implementing the orders passed in W.P.No.19017 of 2005, dt.05.09.2008 and W.P.No.25614 of 2008, dt.08.10.2009 as arbitrary and violative of Sections 3 and 4 of SC & ST (P.O.A.) Act, 1989 and consequently direct the respondents to take up the applications filed by the members of the petitioner Association for regularization in respect of the land in S.No.181/1 of Kothapet Village, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in terms of G.O.Ms.No.166, dt.16.02.2008. The learned counsel for the petitioner Association says that the writ petition may be closed, as the Government is not implementing G.O.Ms.No.166, dt.16.02.2008 as per statement made in PIL.No.517 of 2013 before this court. Since the Government has taken a policy decision not to implement the said G.O., the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
