This civil revision petition is filed, under Section 22 of the A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent & Eviction) Control Act, by the petitioner, aggrieved by the judgment and order, dated 19.12.2017, in R.A.No.128 of 2016, on the file of the Additional Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, dismissing the Rent Appeal filed by the revision petitioner against the order, dated 21.03.2016, in R.C.No.170 of 2012, on the file of the Principal Rent Controller-cum-XVII Junior Civil Judge, Secunderabad.

Heard Sri S.Balchand, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and Sri Zeeshan Adnan Mahmood, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent. Perused the material record.

I.A.No.3 of 2019 is filed by the petitioner/revision petitioner/appellant, who is the tenant and respondent in R.C.No.170 of 2012, seeking to record the compromise in terms of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise, dated 23.12.2019, entered in between him and the respondents and to dispose of the civil revision petition in terms of the said compromise. 4.

The appellant-Ram Moorjani, 2nd respondent-Ashok G.Chugani & 3rd respondent-Kishore G.Chugani are present

TA,J CRP.No.881 of 2018 before this Court and produced copy of their Aadhaar Cards to prove their identity and they are also identified by their respective counsel on record.

Both parties have filed Joint Memorandum of Compromise, dated 23.12.2019, stating that the subject matter of the civil revision petition is compromised outside the Court amicably and they have voluntarily entered into compromise and ultimately prayed this Court to allow I.A.No.3 of 2019 and dispose of the civil revision petition in terms of the compromise entered in between them.

Under these circumstances, I.A.No.3 of 2019 is allowed and consequently, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of Joint Memorandum of Compromise, dated 23.12.2019, entered in between the appellant and respondent Nos.2 & 3. 7.

The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise, dated 23.12.2019, to the decree. 8.
