Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Forests, for respondents.

Having regard to the order dt.22.02.2018, passed in WP.No.5957 of 2018, and for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the Divisional Forest Officer, Sangareddy, to forward petitioner's application made in the year 2015 for renewal of saw-mill license to the State Level Committee, headed by the Principal Chief Conservative of Forests, as Chairman for its consideration on merits, in the next State Level Committee. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
