When the matter came up for hearing, Sri Kiran Palakurthi, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners want to compromise the matter and hence seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Petition.

Permission is accorded. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order granted by this Court on 09.09.2015 shall stand vacated. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
