Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for the 1st respondent and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd and 3rd respondents.

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in not taking action against the illegal construction made by the 4th respondent in Plot No.64, admeasuring 225 sq.yards in Sy.No.78 Phase-1, Sai Hills Venkatramam, Block-1, Serilingampally, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.
3. The assertion of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent is making construction without obtaining permission as mandated under Municipal laws.
Except making a representation dated 27.02.2019 to the 3rd respondent, the petitioner has not made any effort to obtain information from the Municipal Corporation as to whether any permission was granted in favour of the 4th respondent.
4. In those circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to obtain specific information by invoking the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005, with respect to the particulars of the site over which the 4th respondent is making construction. On receipt of such information and in the event the
CKR, J W.P.No.4851 of 2019 petitioner is satisfied that the construction made by the 4th respondent is without permission, he is at liberty to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court. No order as to costs. 5.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this writ petition, shall also stand closed.
