THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI CONTEMPT CASE No.402 of 2009 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed seeking to punish the respondents for their deliberate disobedience in complying with the interim orders, dated 14.11.2008, passed by this court in W.P.No.2280 of 2006.

Be it noted that after hearing learned counsel for both sides, the main writ petition is disposed of today.

Learned counsel for both the parties would submit that in view of the disposal of the writ petition, no further orders are necessary in this contempt case and hence, the Contempt Case may be closed.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
