1. The petitioner is questioning the docket order dated \ It 15.02.2023 in DVC No.27 of 2017 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchat-Malkajgiri District at Malkajgiri.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The orders in criminal M.P.No.825 of 2022 are not filed. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he intends to pay balance amount of arrears and accordingly, prayed to set aside the docket order dated 15.02.2023.

Any order in DVC is appealable order and the orders in cr1.M.P.No.825 of 2022 were not questioned. However, present application is liled to set aside the docket proceedings, which cannot be permitted.

Accordingly, the criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the trial Court and seek permission to pay the balance amount in installments.
