THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.4050 of 2018 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner complains the action of the respondents with regard to non-payment of compensation amount for acquiring his land admeasuring Ac.1.02 guntas, in Survey No.34 situated at Madinaguda Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondents 1 to 3, places on record the written instructions, dated 24.02.2018, of the Special Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition, I.A.P., Shamshabad, Ranga Reddy District, and submits that entire decretal amount of Rs.14,03,164/- has been deposited to the credit of E.P.No.270 of 2013 in O.P.No.86 of 1987 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, vide Cheque No.626797, dated 19.02.2018. In the light of the fact that the compensation amount has been deposited in the Court below, the Writ Petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue the matter in the Executing Court for withdrawal of the compensation.
