This application is filed seeking transfer of D.I.V.O.P.No.1 of 2019 on the file of VII Additional District Judge at Bodhan Town, Nizamabad District to the Family Court at Nalgonda. 2.

Though notice in this Tr.C.M.P. was issued to respondent and personal notice was also issued to respondent and his counsel, notice sent to the counsel of respondent has been received and Postal Track Record shows that it was served on 24-06-2019. 3.

It is the contention of the petitioner that she has a small child and it is difficult for her to travel from Nalgonda to Bodhan Town, Nizamabad District to attend the said Court and the distance is 300 K.Ms. to 320 K.Ms.

Prima faice, I find force in this contention. 5.

Therefore, this Tr.C.M.P. is allowed and D.I.V.O.P.No.1 of 2019 pending on the file of the VII Additional District Judge at Bodhan Town, Nizamabad District is transferred to the Family Court at Nalgonda. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
