THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 10550 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not registering a crime in spite of the complaint, dated 08.02.2017, lodged by the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that no complaint, dated 08.02.2017, was received from the petitioner. He further submits that if the petitioner approaches the Police along with the complaint, necessary action would be taken as per law.

In view of the above, the writ petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent No.3-Station House Officer, Dharmavaram Rural Police Station, Ananthapuramu District if he has a genuine grievance.
