THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 4090 of 2018 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "... to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the respondent authorities in proposing to bifurcate Gudipalli Village from Jayyaram Gram Panchayat and to form it as a separate Gram Panchayat in contravention of G.O.Ms.No.515, dated 17.08.1994, which was subsequently amended by G.O.Ms.No.272 and 273, dated 18.05.1995, in spite of the written objections and the resolution passed by Jayyaram Gram Panchayat dated 25.01.2018, as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust ad consequently direct the respondents to drop the proposal of bifurcation of Gudipalli Village from Jayyaram Gram Panchayat of Palakurthy Mandal, Peddapally District......"

When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 24.01.2018, passed by this Court in W.P.No.1818 of 2018. Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also closed. Office to enclose a copy of the order in W.P.No.1818 of 2018 to this order.
