It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as long back as on 24.07.2017, it was reported that the sole petitioner died on 01.12.2015, and thereafter, no person came forward to represent the petitioner.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and as no steps were taken so far to bring the legal representatives of the petitioner on record, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
