CVNR, J W.P.No.5675 of 2013 17.09.2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare proceedings in Rc.C.550/2013, dated 19.02.2013, issued by respondent No.1, suspending the authorization of the petitioner as the permanent fair price shop dealer of shop No.56 of Nellore City, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

At the hearing, Mr.V.Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 26.02.2013, in W.P.M.P.No.7067 of 2013 is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.7067 of 2013 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
