THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.4070 of 2018 O R D E R:

A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition clearly discloses that the suits instituted by the writ petition and the third respondent are pending consideration before the Civil Courts. It is also clear from the counter affidavit of the third respondent that in O.S.No.102 of 2017 filed by the petitioner herein petitioner also filed I.A.No.168 of 2017 for interim injunction and the same was dismissed on 07.09.2017 by the Court of the First Additional Junior Civil Judge, L.B.Nagar. It is also evident from the counter affidavit that the third respondent filed O.S.No.337 of 2018 against the writ petitioner herein, which is pending adjudication before the Court of the First Junior Civil Judge, R.R. District, L.B.Nagar.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the parties to agitate for their respective claims before the Civil Court. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
