THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.4085 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner, who is accused No.5 in Crime No.518 of 2014 of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, filed the present application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking release in the event of his arrest in connection with the above crime registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 506 read with 34 IPC.

A perusal of the First Information Report would show that the offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections 447 and 506 read with 34 IPC, which are bailable. Hence, the request of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail cannot be considered.
