HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 3075 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not paying the salaries to the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary.

While admitting the writ petition, this Court directed the respondents to pay salaries to the petitioners, however, the said payment shall not exceed 2% of the working capital, vide orders dated 20.02.2004 in WPMP No.4062 of 2004.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel on either side submit that in view of the interim orders granted by this Court, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. In view of the said submission, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
