The prayer of the petitioners in this case reads as under: 'For all the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent no.3 in not passing any orders on the revision petition filed by the petitioners challenging the memo issued by the 5th respondent vide no.B/655/2017 dated 03.04.2018 in directing the 6th respondent to make corrections in the Revenue Records in favour of 7th respondent with regard to the land to an extent of Ac.0.16 gts in Sy.No.631/1 or 631/3 situated at Mothe Village sivar, Jagtial Mandal and District and under the guise of such memo making corrections in the pahani in favour of 7th respondent with regard to the land situated in Sy. No.

631/E pertaining to the petitioners without issuing any notice to the petitioners and without conducting any enquiry as illegal, arbitrary, abuse of process of law and is a clear case of violation of principles of natural justice and contrary to rules in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.' In the light of the order proposed to be passed by this Court without going into the merits of the matter, it would not be necessary to put the seventh respondent on notice or afford her an opportunity of hearing at this stage.

As the complaint of the petitioners is limited in its scope as their grievance is that the Joint Collector, Jagtial District, is not passing orders on the revision petition filed by them, it would not be necessary for this Court to entertain this writ petition and adjudicate the matter on merits.

It is for the revisionary authority to consider the statutory revision filed before it on its own merit and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Joint Collector, Jagtial District, to take up the revision filed by the petitioners and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law expeditiously and in any event, not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.
