THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 4988 of 2020 O R D E R:

In this writ petition, it is the case of the petitioner that on the ground that he occupied footpath and made constructions, respondent No.3-Huzurnagar Municipality issued notice dated 27.02.2020 directing him to remove the same within 24 hours. His grievance is that he submitted his explanation on 27.02.2020, but no order has been passed as yet.

In those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider the explanation said to have been submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Till such time, no coercive s`teps shall be taken in respect of the constructions alleged to have been made by the petitioner.
