wp_28803_2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed seeking implementation of order dated 27-11-2012 in O.A.No. 9443 of 2011 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal'). 2.

In paragraph No. 6 of the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, the petitioner himself has averred that the respondents filed W.P.No. 18280 of 2013 before this Court and that the same is pending at the admission stage. Inasmuch as the order of the Tribunal has not attained finality as the Writ Petition filed questioning the same is pending, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition for implementation of the said order. If the respondents have violated the Tribunal's order, the petitioner shall be free to avail appropriate legal remedy in that regard.

Subject to this liberty given to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 35842 of 2017 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
