The petitioners are aggrieved of the action of respondents 2 and 3 in issuing the Notice dated 06.02.2019 issued under Sections 452(1) and 461(1) of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 (for short, 'the Act'), and a further Notice dated 27.02.2019 under Section 452(2) of the Act, for demolishing a part of the premises bearing Plot No.88, Survey No.66/3, Prashanthi Hills, Raidurga Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in response to the notices, the petitioners submitted a reply and the respondents may be directed to consider the reply before taking any further action in the matter. Learned Standing Counsel disputes submission of any reply by the petitioners in response to the impugned notices. In the facts of the case, learned Standing Counsel shall make over the papers of the writ petition containing the objections of the petitioners dated 01.03.2019 to the respondent authorities, who shall consider the same as reply to the impugned notices, and pass orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time the orders are passed on the petitioners reply, no coercive action shall be taken by the respondent authorities. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
