OFFICE NOTE 17.09.2025 JSR,J I.A.No.2 of 2025 Heard Mr.Joseph Micheal Francis, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that proceedings in C.C.Nos.12248 and 13021 of 2020 are pending before the City Criminal Courts at Hyderabad. However, in the writ petition, the petitioner mentioned 'City Civil Courts at Hyderabad' instead of 'City Criminal Courts at Hyderabad,' and the said mistake is purely a typographical and clerical error. Unless the same is rectified, the petitioner will be put to great hardship.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondents has not opposed the same.

Taking into consideration the above said submissions and averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is ordered.

Registry is directed to substitute the Court name as 'City Criminal Courts at Hyderabad' in place of 'City Civil Courts at Hyderabad' in the order dated 17.02.2025 passed in W.P.No.4588 of

2025 and issue an amended copy of the said order accordingly.
