There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As a matter of fact, even on 16.3.2018, 19.7.2018, 10.8.2018, 24.8.2018, 20.9.2018 and on 23.10.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter is posted to today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Even then, there is no representation. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
