This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in forcibly laying a road in the petitioner premises house bearing No.3-28/1, situated at Sambaiahpally Village of Sulthanabad Mandal by demolishing the compound wall and structures, without any notice and without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. 3.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
