THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI Writ Appeal No. 238 of 2018 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Assignment) and Sri V. Surya Kiran Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent-writ petitioners, would agree that the subject matter of this Writ Appeal is covered by the order passed by us in W.A. Nos. 162 and 169 of 2018 dated 6.2.2018.
In terms of the said order, liberty is granted to the appellants to seek vacation of the interim order, which is under challenge in the appeal, by filing an appropriate application before the learned Single Judge.
The order under appeal, to the limited extent notice was issued to the second appellant to show cause why suo motu proceedings for Contempt of Court should not be initiated against him, is set aside. Subject to the aforesaid observations, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
