Surya Kiran Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent-writ petitioners, would agree that the subject matter of this Writ Appeal is covered by our order in W.A. Nos. 119 and 149 of 2018 and W.P. Nos. 42035 and 42027 of 2017 dated 5.2.2018. Following the said order, and in terms thereof, this Writ Appeal is also disposed of.

Both the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Assignment) and Sri V. Surya Kiran Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent-writ petitioners, would agree that in the light of the order now passed by us, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive. W.P. No. 43748 of 2017 is also disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Appeal and the Writ Petition shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
