When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners that this writ petition is covered to be disposed of in terms of the order dated 09.08.2019, passed by this Court in W.P.No.12910 of 2019.

Learned counsel for respondents have not disputed the aforesaid submission of the counsel for petitioners.

In view of the same, for the reasons recorded in the order dated 09.08.2019 in W.P.No.12910 of 2019, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 16.04.2013 submitted by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
