Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to pursue its remedies in accordance with law. Permission is granted and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. However, it is made clear that since the respondents have issued notice dated 13.06.2018 under Section 7-A of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, the respondents shall give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
