THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4168 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 4 in C.C. No.577 of 2012 on the file of the Court of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal.

At the time of hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after full-fledged trial, the petitionersaccused Nos.1 to 4 were acquitted. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the subject matter of the criminal petition has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
